Ushbu tezis kversetinning oksidativ stress mexanizmidagi o‘rnini nazariy jihatdan tahlil qiladi. Oksidativ stress erkin radikallar va antioksidant himoya tizimi o‘rtasidagi muvozanat buzilishi natijasida vujudga keladi. Kversetin kuchli tabiiy antioksidant bo‘lib, organizmda hujayra himoyasini kuchaytiradi.Tadqiqotda antioksidant yo‘llar, xususan Nrf2(Nuclear factor erythroid 2-realted factor 2)/Keap1(Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1) signal tizimining faollashuvi, lipid peroksidlanish jarayonining susaytirilishi va antioksidant fermentlarning faollashuvi ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida keng yoritilgan.
