Upaya Peningkatan Produksi Pemuatan dan Pengangkutan Andesit untuk Mencapai Target Umpan Jaw Crusher di PT Lotus SG Lestari, Desa Cipinang, Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract. PT Lotus SG Lestari is a private company engaged in andesite stone mining. The company is located in Cipinang Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency. The loading and transportation activities carried out by the company are still unable to meet the jaw crusher feed target of 500 tons / hour that has been set, so it is necessary to conduct research on increasing loading and transportation production to meet the jaw crusher feed target. In increasing the production of loading and transportation will be done with calculations based on the theory of Mechanical Earth Moving, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and Kepmen No. 1827/K30/MEM/2018. Increased production by improving the geometry of the haul road is expected to reduce the cycle time of the hauling equipment. So that in this way it can increase the production produced to meet the jaw crusher feed target. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is found that the actual production produced by the loading equipment is 433.47 tons / hour and the transport equipment is 433.43 tons / hour, the actual production results have not been able to meet the target jaw crusher feed that has been set. In improving the geometry of the haul road, the production produced by the loading equipment is 501.29 tons / hour and the hauling equipment is 501.04 tons / hour, so that the improvement has been able to meet the jaw crusher feed target set. Abstrak. PT Lotus SG Lestari merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan batu andesit. Perusahaan ini bertempat di Desa Cipinang, Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan pemuatan dan pengangkutan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan masih belum mampu memenuhi target umpan jaw crusher sebesar 500 ton/jam yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga perlu adanya penelitian mengenai peningkatan produksi pemuatan dan pengangkutan untuk memenuhi target umpan jaw crusher. Dalam melakukan peningkatan produksi pemuatan dan pengangkutan akan dilakukan dengan perhitungan berdasarkan teori Pemindahan Tanah Mekanis, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) dan Kepmen No. 1827/K30/MEM/2018. Peningkatan produksi yang dilakukan dengan perbaikan geometri jalan angkut diharapkan cycle time alat angkut akan berkurang. Sehingga dengan cara tersebut dapat meningkatkan produksi yang dihasilkan untuk memenuhi target umpan jaw crusher. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa produksi aktual yang dihasilkan alat muat sebesar 433,47 ton/jam dan alat angkut sebesar 433,43 ton/jam, hasil produksi aktual tersebut belum mampu untuk memenuhi target umpan jaw crusher yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam melakukan perbaikan geometri jalan angkut produksi yang dihasilkan alat muat sebesar 501,29 ton/jam dan alat angkut sebesar 501,04 ton/jam, sehingga dari perbaikan tersebut sudah mampu memenuhi sesuai dengan target umpan jaw crusher yang ditetapkan.
