The Relationship between Lipid Profile and Testosterone in Acne Vulgaris

حب الشباب هو مرض متعدد العوامل يصيب غالبية المراهقين. كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقدير مستوى الدهون وهرمون التستوستيرون في المرضى الذين يعانون من حب الشباب والمجموعات الضابطة ، وكذلك لاختبار الارتباط بين مستويات الدهون ومستوى هرمون التستوستيرون في مرضى حب الشباب. تم إجراء دراسة استباقية على 60 مريضا من حب الشباب فولغاريس. تم قياس مستوى الدهون ومستويات هرمون التستوستيرون في الدم. تمت مقارنة نتائجهم مع مجموعة من 30 مجموعة صحية متطابقة مع العمر.كانت مستويات الكوليسترول الكلي (TC) و HDL-C و LDL-C أقل في مرضى حب الشباب. تم زيادة مستويات هرمون التستوستيرون في مرضى حب الشباب. تم العثور على ارتباط إيجابي بين هرمون التستوستيرون و TC. في الختام ، مرضى حب الشباب لديهم بعض الشذوذ في الدهون وهرمون التستوستيرون. يجب مراعاة هذه التشوهات في التكوّن المرضي وكذلك في علاج مرضى حب الشباب.
