Это даст возможность решить многие региональные проблемы, вызванные стихийными бедствиями, вторжениями и военными ситуациями.
Վառելիքաէներգետիկ տեսուրսների խնայողության, շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության, էներգետիկ անվտանգության տեսակետից կարևոր նշանակություն ունի ՀՀ-ի Սյունիքի մարզում փոքր ջրաղբյուրների արդյունավետ օգտագործումը: Այն հնարավորություն կտա լուծելու տարածաշրջանային բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ պայմանավորված տարերային աղետների, ոտնձգությունների, պատերազմական իրավիճակների հետ:
The effective use of small water sources in the RA Syunik region of the Republic of Armenia is of great importance from the point of view of saving fuel, and energy resources, and protecting the environment.
