Black stone bottom plate with two diagonal, through cracks. In doing so, a postament of white and red, flame stone (jaspis) stands on the postament a manor portrait in white-red-white stone (calcedon/shells?), chest image, profile h, allongewig, mantle. Yellow, red and blue (lapis lazulis) frame, crowned by a princely crown, as a shield holder two brungula, backward looking lion. In addition, around the portrait trophies, i.a. Cartusch with a red Lothringer cross. On the postament sits one, originally two, women’s altar in green-white stone, writing board in v. hand, writing roll in h, in the bosom a celestial glob. The women were screwed from the back.

Simple, gilded ornamental frame made of pine, at the top two screw loops.
The portrait probably depicts Karl of Hessen-Kassel (1654-1730), father of Fredrik I of Sweden. Made by the carvers of the precious stone in Kassel Johan Caspar Labert (-1726) or Christoph Labhart (Labert, 1641-1695) and Johan Albrecht (!) de Lavillette (1667-1743).
