Calculation model of food supply planning in the system of the unified distribution logistics center of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in DRP technology

В статье рассматривается логистическая технология DRP, применяемая в системах распределения с двумя и более каналами. Раскрыта сущность технологии, представлен основной инструмент - планшет DRP для SKU. Выделены преимущества и ограничения данной технологии. Предложено применение технологии DRP для разработанной модели кластерной организации госзакупок продовольствия для учреждений социальной сферы Красноярского края. Представлена схема DRPпланирования, рассчитаны планшеты DRP для каждого выделенного логистического проектноориентированного кластера и общее требование для ЕЛРЦ г. Красноярск на примере продукта «говядина замороженная», с учетом периодичности поставок, требуемых объемов и уровня страховых запасов.
The article discusses the logistics technology of DRP, used in distribution systems with two or more channels. The essence of the technology is disclosed, the main tool is presented - the DRP tablet for SKU. The advantages and restrictions of this technology are highlighted. The use of DRP technology for the developedmodel of cluster organization of public procurement of food for institutions of the social sphere of the KrasnoyarskTerritory is proposed. The DRP planning scheme is presented, DRP tablets are calculated for each allocated logistics project-oriented cluster and a general requirement for the ELRC of Krasnoyarsk, using the example of the“frozen beef” product, taking into account the frequency of supplies, the required volumes and the level of insurance reserves.
