METHODOLOGY OF MANAGING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

The article considers the methodology of managing the competitiveness of industrial products. The theoretical basis of the study was formed by the views of domestic and foreign economists. The authors notes that the methodology of managing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises should include such important elements as methods of ensuring, managing and regulating the competitiveness of their products. Here we have the methodological stages of managing the competitiveness of industrial products, including four interrelated stages. Also have the process of managing the competitiveness of industrial products. The researcher also classified the life cycle of competitiveness of industrial products. The article also developed a general methodology for managing the competitiveness of industrial products, which includes the goals, objectives and development strategy of industrial enterprises, and also covers the methodological elements of competitiveness management, such as principles, objectives and managemen
