This research aims to strengthen the competence of civic skills of students. Through learning civic education by shaping the mindset of students to be critical, understand and be able to carry out their rights and obligations to become smart, skilled and characterized citizens in the midst of the development of an increasingly broad era. The problems that will be discussed in this study are: (1) how the competence of civic skills in learning civic education at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi; (2) how the formation of moral intelligence of students at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi; (3) How much influence the competence of civic skills on the formation of moral intelligence of students in learning civic education at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of civic skills competence on the formation of students' moral intelligence in civic education learning at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with sampling technique, namely Probability Sampling. The results of the study are (1) The value for the Civic Skills Competency variable (X) is 60.19 the classification is said that the Civic Skills Competency variable (X) is classified as a "good" category; (2) The value for the Moral Intelligence variable (Y) is 59.31 the classification is said that Moral Intelligence (Y) is classified as a "good" category; (3) The results of the F test can be decided that the f-count value is 90.923> f-table 4.016 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that there is an overall influence between the independent variable (civic skills competence) on the dependent variable (moral intelligence); (4) The coefficient of determination is 62.3% and the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study.   Keywords :  Civic Education; Civic Skills; Moral Intelligence.   Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kompetensi civic skills siswa/i. Melalui pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dengan membentuk pola pikir siswa menjadi kritis, memahami dan mampu melaksanakan hak serta kewajibannya untuk menjadi warga negara yang cerdas, terampil dan berkarakter di tengah perkembangan zaman yang semakin luas. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) bagaimana kompetensi civic skills  pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi; (2) bagaimana pembentukan kecerdasan moral peserta didik  di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi; (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi civic skills terhadap pembentukan kecerdasan moral peserta didik pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi civic skills terhadap pembentukan kecerdasan moral peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan kewarganegaraan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Nilai untuk variabel Kompetensi Civic Skills (X) adalah 60,19 klasifikasi tersebut dikatakan bahwa variabel Kompetensi Civic Skills (X) tergolong kategori “baik”; (2) Nilai untuk variabel Kecerdasan Moral (Y) adalah 59,31 klasifikasi tersebut dikatakan bahwa Kecerdasan Moral (Y) tergolong kategori “baik”; (3) Hasil uji F dapat diambil keputusan bahwa nilai f-hitung 90,923 > f-tabel 4,016 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh secara keseluruhan antara variabel bebas (kompetensi civic skills) terhadap variabel terikat (kecerdasan moral); (4) Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,3% dan sisanya 37,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.     Kata kunci:     Civic Skills; Kecerdasan Moral; Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.
