PREDLOG OPTIMIZACIJE KOREKTIVNIH AKCIJA ZA POTREBE PROCESA REGIONALNE KOORDINACIJE OPERATIVNE SIGURNOSTI

All Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in the synchronous area Continental Europe, coming from the countries which are not members of European Union (EU), signed the Synchronous Area Framework Agreement (SAFA) in the April 2019, thus committing themselves to apply all provisions of EU regulation 2017/1485 (also known as SOGL) in due time. In accordance with Article 76 of the SOGL regulation, TSO users of SCC services, who are also signatories to the SAFA document, have defined the SAFA West Balkan Regional Operational Security Coordination (SAFA WB ROSC) methodology. One of the biggest challenges from the given methodology is to determine the optimal remedial actions in terms of effectiveness and economical efficiency, i.e. proposing solutions that eliminate as many network congestions as possible for the lowest cost. Given that the SAFA WB ROSC methodology and the business process are not currently active in the region of Southeast Europe, the aim of this paper is to offer one of the solutions for remedial action optimisation. The paper presents an algorithm for optimizing remedial actions, as well as the results of the application of the offered solution using network models of Continental Europe for different scenarios.
