ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS PUBLISHED ON THE LIFE AND WORK OF ZINOVY PETROVICH SOLOVYOV (ON THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF HIS BIRTH)

Significance. One of the significant dates in the history of Russian medicine, which the medical community celebrates in 2026, is the 150th anniversary of the birth of a unique specialist in the field of social hygiene and healthcare organization, Zinovy Petrovich Solovyov. The subject of the study. The publication activity of researchers about the life and work of Z.P. Solovyov. Purpose. To analyze the numbers, dynamics, structure and content of scientific papers published on the life and work of Z.P. Solovyov from 1928 to 2024. Materials and methods. The study used bibliographic, logical, analytical and statistical methods. A total of 143 papers about Zinovy Petrovich were analyzed, which were searched in electronic scientific libraries. Results. It was found that 114 (79.7%) scientific articles, 9 (6.3%) books, 10 (7.0%) book sections, 9 (6.3%) pamphlets and 1 (0.7%) dissertation were published about Z.P. Solovyov during the analyzed period. The first works about Z.P. Solovyov were published after his death in 1928, from 1930 to 1959. The dynamics of the number of these publications has a positive trend, then decreases until 2009 and subsequently begins to increase again. Most of these works cover the biography of Z.P. Solovyov – 50 (34,9%), 21 (14,7%) - written in memory of his life and work, 22 (15.4%) are devoted to the role of Zinovy Petrovich in the development of Soviet healthcare, 14 (9.8%) are devoted to prevention, 10 (7.0%) are devoted to revolutionary activities, 7 (4.9%) - the formation of military medicine, 4 (2.8% each) – the activities of the Russian Red Cross Society and the improvement of the health of the younger generation, other topics account for 11 works (7.7%). Conclusion. The number and structure of published articles about Z.P. Solovyov's publications attest to his hard work, multifaceted activities and significant contribution to the development of national healthcare. The scope of the results.
