IMPLEMENTATION OF ASSOCIATE SOCIAL INTERACTION BETWEEN STUDENTS AT NIRMALA PUTRI KOST

Nirmala Putri Kost is one of the boarding houses in the Kajen District, on Jalan Pahlawan, Gejlig Village, Kajen District, Pekalongan Regency. The author is interested in taking the title of this research, ''Implementation of Associative Social Interaction Between Female Students at Kost Nirmala Putri''. In the boarding house environment, it shows female students carrying out their daily lives are not doing well because of several main problems. For example, the lack of management of parking lots that are not orderly, the obstruction of the communication process that is less effective, there is no picket schedule for the residents of the 1st-floor boarding house, they do not want to take turns buying LPG, and for the 2nd floor it does not correctly carry out the pre-existing regulations regarding cleaning picket. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the Nirmala Putri boarding house could have gone better. First, this was due to the problems described above. However, from these problems, the residents of the boarding house can solve their problems which there are points regarding the Implementation of Associative Social Interaction.
