LIMON (CITRUS LIMON) MEVASINING BIOLOGIK FAOLLIGI VA BIOKIMYOVIY XUSUSIYATLARI

Ushbu maqolada limon (Citrus limon) mevasining biokimyoviy tarkibi va biologik faol xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Limon mevasi inson salomatligi uchun muhim bo‘lgan askorbin kislotasi (vitamin C), flavonoidlar, organik kislotalar, efir moylari, pektin moddalar va boshqa biologik faol komponentlarga boyligi bilan ajralib turadi. Mazkur birikmalar limonning antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, antibakterial va immunostimulyator ta’sir ko‘rsatishiga asos bo‘ladi. Tadqiqotda limon mevasining tarkibiy qismlari va ularning organizmga foydali ta’siri ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida yoritilgan. Natijalar limonni oziq-ovqat, farmatsevtika va sog‘lomlashtiruvchi mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarishda samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlarini ko‘rsatadi.
