Human Rights Theories  and Customary Law in Resource Regulation

While international human rights frameworks recognize rights such as self-determination, land ownership, and environmental protection, conflicts arise when these rights are not adequately integrated into statutory legal systems governing resource extraction.&nbsp;</span><span>This paper examines the relationship between human rights theories and customary law in resource regulation.
