Transfusão sanguínea intrauterina em doença hemolítica perinatal grave

O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever e analisar o manejo clínico de uma gestante com doença hemolítica perinatal (DHP) submetida à transfusão sanguínea intrauterina (TSIU), com ênfase nos principais pontos diagnósticos, terapêuticos e prognósticos envolvidos no caso. Quanto aos objetivos específicos, esses são: apresentar os principais aspectos da doença hemolítica perinatal; descrever os processos de diagnostico da doença; analisar a transfusão sanguínea intrauterina junto a pacientes com a doença hemolítica perinatal. A gravidade do referido caso remete ao auto título dos anticorpos maternos anti-RH fetal (titulação: 1/2048) e o número de transfusões muito acima da média habitual (9 transfusões).
