TRANSFORMATION OF THE CONTENT AND MANAGEMENT FORMAT OF A COMPREHENSIVE PUBLIC SERVICE CENTER IN THE BRYANSK REGIO

The article discusses the current problem of the content and format of management parameters aimed at the effective operation of the integrated center for social services of the Bryansk region. At the same time, it is important to see how the work of an organization providing a variety of social services and support to the population can be improved in modern society. It is necessary to consider the methods and techniques of content transformation and management format, which is undertaken by the authors of the article. The results of sociological research in the form of questionnaires and interviews (using the in-depth interview method) are presented, which lead to an assessment of the format and content of managing the provision of social services to the population, as well as the development of recommendations for optimizing management practices to improve the efficiency of the integrated center for social services in the Bryansk region.
