TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE BRYANSK REGION

The article discusses the current issues of modernizing the social management system in a certain region of the Russian Federation in terms of introducing new technologies related to the digitalization and informatization of many social processes. The study is based on an analysis of various parameters of financial management and resource provision in the Integrated Social Services Center of the Bryansk Region. The authors of the article have examined the most important aspects of using financial resources, analyzed the problems and bottlenecks in the financial management of the aforementioned organization, identified methods and strategies for optimizing expenses and improving the efficiency of resource use, and substantiated the technological modernization of the management system in this area. The authors have provided recommendations for improving the work of the Comprehensive Social Services Center in the Bryansk Region
