THE ORIGIN OF CONFUCIUS THOUGHT AND LU CULTURE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ZUO ZHUAN
View through CrossRef
There are thirty-eight records about Confucius's words and deeds in Zuo Zhuan, from which we can clearly feel the promotion and sublimation of Confucius's thought to Lu's culture. As a native of the state of Lu in the spring and autumn period, Confucius's worship of rite, virtue, and elegant language is the inheritance and promotion of the traditional culture of Lu, while the factors of advocating benevolence and achievement are the sublimation and transcendence of the traditional culture of Lu. At the same time, Confucius's thought is also an important part of Lu culture and even Chinese culture, which has a profound impact on later generations.
