ANALISIS USAHA TANI KUNYIT (Curcuma domestica Val) DI KELOMPOK TANI RUKUN TANI II DESA KIDAL KECAMATAN TUMPANG KABUPATEN MALANG

During the current pandemic, many people consume herbal medicine which is believed to be able to maintain and improve the body's immunity so that turmeric is one of the herbal raw materials for herbal medicine much needed by the community. One of the farmer groups that produces turmeric is the Rukun Tani II farmer group in Kidal Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The problem of turmeric farming in this farmer group is that the price of turmeric at the farm level is fluctuating so that it greatly affects farmers' income. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the feasibility of farming Turmeric in the Rukun Tani II Farmer Group, Kidal Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The research was carried out at the Rukun Tani II Farmer Group, Kidal Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency from April to the month of April. April to July 2019. Sampling used the census method considering the number of members of the farmer group who planted turmeric was 30 people. The results showed that the agricultural production factors in this farmer group were land, seeds, fertilizers, plant medicines and labor. Turmeric farming in the Rukun Tani II farmer group in Kidal Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency is feasible to be cultivated with a B / c ratio of 1.37. I Based on the r / c ratio analysis, the value is 2.37 which means that in this turmeric farming, each additional 1 unit cost will get a profit of IDR 2.37.
