Babin do u Ski-centru Bjelašnica – devastacija prirodnog ambijenta u Dinaridima

Razvoj Ski-centra Bjelašnica kontinuirano prati devastacija prirodnog ambijenta Babinog dola i okolnog područja, sječa šuma, enormna gradnja neprilagođena prirodnom ambijentu. Na površinama posječenih šuma izgrađeni su i grade se apartmani, hoteli i mnogobrojni razni prateći objekti. Potpuno je izmijenjen prirodni ambijent ovog prostora, a negativni uticaji i posljedice na okolne šumske ekosisteme i izvorišta voda, posebno izvorište Vrelo Bosne, mnogobrojne su i dalekosežne. U radu su analizirane prirodne karakteristike okolnog prostora planina Bjelašnice i Igmana, uticaji i posljedice ovakvog “razvoja” na širi okolni prirodni ambijent i šumske ekosisteme kraškog prostora planina Igmana i Bjelašnice.
