Proceedings for the Imposition of Administrative Fines

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych postępowań w sprawie nakładania administracyjnych kar pieniężnych. W polskim systemie prawnym przepisy dotyczące tej kwestii zawarte zostały w Kodeksie postępowania administracyjnego, jednak istnieje również szereg odrębnych przepisów szczególnych w niektórych dziedzinach prawa, w których wybrane przepisy działu IVa Kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego nie mają zastosowania. W tekście przedstawiono przykładowe postępowania w sprawie nakładania administracyjnych kar pieniężnych w takich dziedzinach prawa, jak ochrona zabytków, RODO, szkolnictwo wyższe i nauka oraz ochrona środowiska. Zwrócenie uwagi na wielość przepisów dotyczących kar administracyjnych ma ogromne znaczenie dla zwiększenia świadomości prawnej.
