PRINTING AND PUBLISHING THE PHOTOGRAMMETRIC RECORD

Abstract In 1976 the author succeeded the late Professor E. H. Thompson as editor of The Photogrammetric Record, having been assistant editor since 1965. Here he sets out, on the occasion of its 50th issue, some of the details which fashion the content and appearance of the Record.Résumé En 1976 l'auteur devient, après feu le professeur Thompson, rédacteur en chef du Photogrammetric Record; il était son adjoint depuis 1965. A l'occasion du 50eme numéro, il expose les conceptions qui président au contenu et à l'aspect de la revue.Zusammenfassung Im Jahre 1976 wurde der Autor Nachfolger von Professor E. H. Thompson als Redakteur der Zeitschrift Photogrammetric Record, nachdem er schon seit 1965 als stellvertretender Herausgeber tätig war. Anlässlich des Erscheinens des 50. Heftes beleuchtet er einige Einzelheiten, die Inhalt und Aufmachung des Record formen.
