Both clinical factors (male and female) and causal exposures are listed within the impaired fertility section. The content on adverse pregnancy outcomes focuses on causal exposures and medical management. Gynaecomastia advice concentrates on the commonest causes and the importance of health surveillance in the pharmaceutical hormone industry. The complete chapter provides practical guidance for individuals who need to provide sensitive advice in these complex reproductive areas.
