The drawing features a woman with long-flowing black hair worshipping at a small outdoor shrine. The shrine contains a crowned male deity astride an elephant. The devotee is surrounded by other female worshippers. Standing next to a large palm tree is a young prince, his royal status denoted by his garments and his embellished turban. The scene takes place at night, indicated by the crescent moon and the candle stands near the shrine. Rajput style, Kota school.
