Prospects in Developing Slicing Molder Machine for Minasa Manufacturer

In this study, the adoption of slicing-molder machine in the production system of Minasa Biscuits was proposed a way of evaluating the production or the process of the industry. This study aimed to evaluate the entire process of making Minasa in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), namely, productivity, process efficiency, cycle time, resource utilization, cost savings, and growth. The electromechanical design and characteristics of the slicing molder machine be characterized were also analyzed. Moreover, an assessment of the contributions of adopting slicing molder machine in the field of Minasa manufacturing was also conducted based on the same KPIs used in evaluating the current process. Out of five (5) well known manufacturers of Minasa in the Municipality of Bustos, one manufacturer (Zeny's Minasa) was chosen for the conduct of this study using the Purposive Sampling Technique. The evaluation of the said system of the Minasa manufacturer was computed and assessed based on KPIs. The variables were identified based on the standard measurement of the manufacturing Industries to elevate the performance and productivity of the company and the employees. The Development Process of Simulation and Motion and Time Study were used to describe the following data gathered through the comparisons of observations and experiment. Through this, the actual performance of the employees and the process or procedures of the system were evaluated. These techniques are used to gathered data in order to appraise the situation.
