HUBUNGAN PERAN PENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN, PERAN MEMPENGARUHI DAN PERAN ANTAR PRIBADI DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS DI KOTA KENDARI

Abstrak Salah satu faktor penting mencapai derajat kesehatan adalah sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik. Suatu organisasi kesehatan akan mengalami keberhasilan atau kegagalan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan peranan kepemimpinan dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Benu – Benua dan Puskesmas Lepo- Lepo Kota Kendari Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Benu- Benua dan Puskesmas Lepo- Lepo pada bulan April – Mei tahun 2023. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan berjumlah 145 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Accidental Sampling. Total sampling penelitian ini adalah 107 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji chi – square dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara peran pengambil keputusan (p-value=0,000), peran mempengaruhi (p-value = 0,016), dan peran antar pribadi (p-value= 0,000) dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara peran pengambil keputusan, peran mempengaruhi dan peran antar pribadi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Benu-Benua dan Puskesmas Lepo-Lepo Kota Kendari Tahun 2023. A health organization will experience success or failure influenced by leadership. This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership roles and work motivation of health workers at Benu-Benua Health Center and Lepo- Lepo Health Center, Kendari City in 2023. This study is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Benu-Benua Health Center and Lepo- Lepo Health Center in April - May 2023. The study population was all health workers totaling 145 people. The sampling technique was carried out by Accidental Sampling. The total sampling of this study was 107 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method using chi-square test with SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the role of decision makers (p-value = 0.000), the role of influencing (p-value = 0.016), and inter-personal roles (p-value = 0.000) with the work motivation of health workers at the Puskesmas. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is a relationship between the role of decision makers, influencing roles and inter-personal roles with the work motivation of health workers at the Benu-Benua Health Center and Lepo-Lepo Health Center, Kendari City in 2023.
