Emperor Francis I exalts Carol Németh, the engraver of the Hussar Regiment no. XII, to the Hungarian aristocratic state and awards him a coat of arms

Character: description on folk. 5a and 5b, miniature on folk. 1b, 177 x 276 mm. In a blue gable there is a man in a red folk costume and golden boots sitting on a horse of ash-colored black head, a man holding a sabre in his right, a Hungarian cap with a feather plume. 1) On the gable rests a crowned Tournament helmet with black - gold and red - silver blankets. The jewel is a growing man from the shield, but holding gold in the left - black flag 2). The miniature is in a golden frame. The emblem is placed on the floor of yellow and gray, red marbled tiles. Behind the floor flows a river with loamy banks, on the more distant shore grows a wall of green shrubs. Above the horizon there is a pink sky that moves upwards into blue with pink clouds. The whole scene is framed by a magenta draperia with golden fringes. At the top, three golden cartouches cross the frame. The central one is crowned by the Hungarian royal crown and contains an oval shield with the emblem of Uher: polceno, on the right in the red four silver crossbar, on the left in the red green triple, on which the silver patriarch cross stands out from the golden crown. The side cartouches are smaller than the middle cartouche and have round shields. In the right cartouche there is the emblem of Dalmatia: in blue three blue crowned lion heads with golden tongues (2.1). In the left cartouche is the emblem of Croatia: silver - red chess. 1) In the miniature the rider’s costume has golden cords on his chest, a golden hem and golden lamps. The belt is golden with black beating, black scabbard hangs on it. The cap has a fur rim behind which a black pen brush is tucked. The sabre is iron with golden elk and auspices. The horse has a black bridle. - 2) Praporec is shaped like a guidon, it is divided lengthwise into two equal parts, the upper black and the lower gold. It is on a wooden joke with an iron point.
