Printed design for embroidery possibly for a panel for a gown, about 1725, by Margaretha Helm (1659-1742). Printed design featuring a continous stylised large floral pattern with swirling leaves, including acanthus. There are decorative elements within the flowers and leaves. The flowers and leaves are heavily etched. The design was printed horizontally but has been pasted in to the album vertically.  Engraving and etching on laid paper.
