"XVIIth volume, issue 15 - 3 August 1890;\nPl. 847.\nIllustrirte Frauen-Zeitung.\nPromenade suit with attached skirt. Underdress of colored satin, upper dress of flowered organdy. At the waist, which is closed in the back, the outer fabric is sewn into jagged graduated pleats. Skirt and waist are set against each other under the ribbon belt tied into a bow at the back.
