The textbook discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the production of judicial tax expertise as an independent type, included in the class of judicial economic expertise. Both general methods and techniques of judicial tax examination, as well as methods of conducting judicial examination of calculations for the most significant types of taxes for the budget are presented. In addition, the methodology of forensic examination of settlements with state extra-budgetary funds is presented.
