PROSEDUR PELAKSANAAN TUGAS STAFF HEAD TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION PADA PT PALYJA

ABSTRAK Penulisan ini tentang prosedur yang berlaku di PT PALYJA DPP Pusat. Tujuan dari laporan akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui berjalannya dengan baik prosedur pelaksaan tugas pada PT PALYJA DPP Pusat. Wawancara, observasi dan riset kepustakaan digunakan dalam laporan ini sebagai metode penulisan Tugas Akhir. Berdasarkan data tersebut terdapat dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh staff head temporary disconnection, yaitu kurang optimalnya pelaksanaan tugas staff head temporary disconnection sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah ditentukan, seperti faktor posisi meteran yang sangat sulit untuk diakses petugas. Dan banyaknya tindakan nonkooperatif yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan terhadap petugas. Kendala tersebut menjadi salah satu hambatan dan tekanan bagi staff head temporary disconnection untuk menjalankan tugas di bagian temporary disconnection pada PT PALYJA. Penulis menyarankan bahwa PT PALYJA segera memindahkan posisi meteran ke tempat yang mudah diakses oleh petugas dilapangan, sehingga pekerjaan yang dilakukan petugas bisa berjalan dengan lancar. Dan menemukan solusi untuk pelanggan yang non kooperatif agar tidak terjadi tindakan fisik maupun mental yang dapat membahayakan petugas yang bekerja dilapangan. PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF STAFF HEAD TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION DUTY AT PT PALYJA ABSTRACT This writing is about the procedures that apply at PT PALYJA DPP Center. The purpose of this final report is to find out how well the procedures for carrying out tasks at PT PALYJA DPP Center are. Interviews, observations and library research are used in this report as a method of writing the Final Project. Based on these data, there are two obstacles faced by the staff head temporary disconnection, namely the less than optimal implementation of the duties of the staff head temporary disconnection in accordance with predetermined procedures, such as the meter position factor which is very difficult for officers to access. And the number of non-cooperative actions taken by customers against officers. These obstacles become one of the obstacles and pressures for the temporary disconnection head staff to carry out their duties in the temporary disconnection section at PT PALYJA. The author suggests that PT PALYJA immediately move the meter position to a place that is easily accessible by field officers, so that the work carried out by officers can run smoothly. And find solutions for non-cooperative customers so that there are no physical or mental actions that can endanger officers working in the field. Keywords: Procedure, Officer, and PT PALYJA.

Penulis menyarankan bahwa PT PALYJA segera memindahkan posisi meteran ke tempat yang mudah diakses oleh petugas dilapangan, sehingga pekerjaan yang dilakukan petugas bisa berjalan dengan lancar.
Dan menemukan solusi untuk pelanggan yang non kooperatif agar tidak terjadi tindakan fisik maupun mental yang dapat membahayakan petugas yang bekerja dilapangan.
