Islamisasi Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) Dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS)

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Islamisasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS), dengan memasukkan nilai-nilai Islam mengiringi proses pengimplementasiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur buku dan artikel jurnal, (untuk penelitian jurnal sebanyak 10 artikel jurnal tentang TQM dan 10 artikel jurnal tentang  MBS) setelah mendapat gambarannya maka meneliti ayat-ayat dan hadits-hadits yang digunakan dalam bahasan manajemen untuk diselaraskan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam TQM dan MBS. Hasilnya nilai-nilai Islam yang dijadikan Islamisasi TQM dan MBS adalah: (1) nilai niat karena Allah SWT. (keikhlasan), (2) nilai kepatuhan terhadap syariat, (3) nilai amanah, (4) nilai muraqabatullah, merasa diawasi oleh Allah SWT. (5) nilai akhlak, dan (6) nilai sinergi dengan totalitas Islam. Kata kunci; Islamisasi; TQM; Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah ABSTRACT The aim of this research is the Islamization of Total Quality Management (TQM) and School Based Management (SBM), by incorporating Islamic values ​​into the implementation process. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature study of books and journal articles, (for journal research as many as 10 journal articles on TQM and 10 journal articles on SBM) after getting an overview, examines the verses and hadiths used in management discussions to harmonize Islamic values ​​into TQM and SBM. The result is that the Islamic values ​​that are used as the Islamization of TQM and SBM are: (1) the value of intention because of Allah SWT. (sincerity), (2) the value of compliance with the Shari'a, (3) the value of trust, (4) the value of muraqabatullah, feeling supervised by Allah SWT.
