A divided postcard containing a print from a black and white photograph of the National and University Library building (the National Library) on Mount Scopus ("Wolfson House"). This postcard was not used and has no details as to the identity of the photographer or the date of the photograph. Apparently, this image was created near the construction of the building, in 1930. On the back of the postcard was printed a headline postcard in Hebrew, English and German, and it was also noted that the postcard was produced by the publisher of the Jerusalem merchant Pinchas Haim Baltinster, as well as the address of his shop on Jaffa Street, Jerusalem. On the back of the postcard, instead of the stamp, it was indicated that it was printed in Czechoslovakia.
