In the current context, the use of data for decision making has become one of the most precious assets, but one that only adds value when well managed. This new reality demands attention and efforts from the entire organization, from strategic managers to operational teams. Given the context of the massive use of information and communication technologies, it should be noted that institutions, whether public or private, are being challenged to provide high-value digital services to their users. To this end, the use of data constitutes one of the essential elements to operationalize the digital transformation, a transformation that constitutes a means for restructuring organizations, in order to become more efficient in their business models and generate value for services. offered. Thus, the objective of this article is to present how the use of data can be a support tool for the implementation of the digital transformation of the activities offered by the Community Center for Peace - Ariano Suassuna. To make the proposed objective viable, this article is descriptive, in terms of methodological approach, it is qualitative and as a procedure, it is classified as action research, carried out at the Community Center for Peace - Ariano Suassuna. The results allow you to visualize where the essential activity data is used and what decisions can be made based on it. Critical factors, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were presented in the context of the use of data and information from Compaz Ariano Suassuna. It is concluded that the digital transformation process takes into account the data and needs of the organization, however, despite the organizational culture is moving towards being data-oriented, there are many challenges that need to be overcome.
