Maternal educational status, parity, distance from the health facility, waiting time, and monthly income were associated with mothers' satisfaction with delivery service. Therefore, awareness creation should be given for the community for improving the quality of delivery service and further study should be done on the knowledge and skill of health care providers on delivery service.
