The connotations of the word "covenant" in the Qur'anic context: a semantic and thematic study

تستعرض هذه الدراسة دلالات لفظ "العهد" في القرآن الكريم عبر منهج تحليلي يجمع بين التتبع الدلالي والدراسة الموضوعية، للكشف عن تنوع معاني اللفظ وفقاً لسياقاته المختلفة، فقد تنوعت وجوه "العهد" في الآيات بين الوصية والأمر والأمان والميثاق الغليظ، ممّا يعكس شمولية المفهوم في تنظيم العلاقة بين الخالق والمخلوق، وبين الأفراد والمجتمع، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز البعد الأخلاقي والقانوني للعهد في الإسلام، مؤكدةً أن الوفاء به يمثل ركيزة إيمانية وضمانة للأمن الاجتماعي، وكما تبين الدراسة أنّ العهد في القرآن ليس مجرد التزام لفظي بل هو ميثاق وجودي يترتب عليه الجزاء في الدنيا والآخرة، وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن استيعاب هذه الدلالات يسهم في فهم مقاصد الشريعة نحو ترسيخ قيم الأمانة والمسؤولية الإنسانية.
