Analisis Preferensi Komuter terhadap Pilihan Moda Transportasi Bandung Raya

Abstrak. Bandung Raya, dengan populasi mencapai 9. 569. 583 jiwa, mengalami pertumbuhan pesat yang berdampak pada peningkatan mobilitas para komuter. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik 2017, terdapat sebanyak 625. 091 orang yang berstatus sebagai komuter, yang secara langsung meningkatkan kebutuhan akan layanan transportasi. Di wilayah ini, komuter memiliki beberapa pilihan transportasi umum, termasuk Bus DAMRI, Trans Metro Pasundan, dan kereta api. Namun, mayoritas masyarakat lebih memilih Bus DAMRI dan Trans Metro Pasundan, keduanya melayani rute Alun-Alun Bandung menuju Kota Baru Parahyangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi para komuter terhadap kedua moda transportasi tersebut dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dengan dukungan software Super Decision. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa para komuter lebih memilih Trans Metro Pasundan dibandingkan dengan DAMRI. Faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan mereka meliputi keselamatan, kenyamanan, biaya, frekuensi perjalanan, kecepatan, dan kapasitas kendaraan. Abstract. Greater Bandung, with a population of 9,569,583, is experiencing rapid growth that has an impact on increasing the mobility of commuters. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2017, there were 625,091 people with commuter status, which directly increases the need for transportation services. In this area, commuters have several public transportation options, including DAMRI Bus, Trans Metro Pasundan, and trains. However, most people prefer DAMRI Bus and Trans Metro Pasundan, both of which serve the route from Alun-Alun Bandung to Kota Baru Parahyangan. This study aims to identify commuters' preferences for both modes of transportation by applying quantitative descriptive methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method supported by Super Decision software. The results of the analysis show that commuters prefer Trans Metro Pasundan compared to DAMRI. The main factors that influence their decisions include safety, comfort, cost, trip frequency, speed, and vehicle capacity.
