PERILAKU SEKSUAL DAN PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI KOMPREHENSIF PADA MAHASISWA ILMU KESEHATAN DAN NON KESEHATAN

Abstract   Background: Good comprehensive sexual and reproductive health knowledge on adolescents improve their health-related behavior. Factor affecting knowledge include formal education about sexual and reproductive health. Objective: This study intended to compare the sexual behavior and comprehensive reproductive health knowledge among health and non-health discipline college students at a university in the Soloraya region. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted in April 2020. The sample was 159 health discipline college student who received education about reproductive health based on the faculty curriculum. The comparative sample was 159 non-health discipline students. Sampling technique was Proportional Random Sampling. Questionnaire had been tested for its validity and reliability. Data were collected using an online survey platform. Statistical tests used the Mann Whitney test. Result: There was a significant difference in sexual and reproductive health knowledge-score and sexual behavior-score among health and non-health discipline students (p-value<0.001). The mean score of comprehensive knowledge was higher in health discipline student. While mean of risky behavior-score was higher in non-health discipline students. Conclusion: Additional education activities related to sexual and reproductive health is needed for the existing student club or organization to facilitate non-health discipline students learn about sexual and reproductive health during their study in college. . Keywords: College students, sexual behavior, reproductive health, comprehensive knowledge     Abstrak   Latar belakang: Pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual yang baik penting bagi remaja agar dapat mempraktekkan perilaku kesehatan yang baik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual diantaranya adalah pendidikan formal tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual. Tujuan: Membandingkan perilaku seksual dan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual komprehensif pada mahasiswa kesehatan dan non kesehatan di satu universitas di wilayah Soloraya. Metode: Penelitian cross sectional ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020. Sampel penelitian yaitu 159 mahasiswa disiplin ilmu kesehatan yang menerima pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi pada mata kuliah yang dilaksanakan lebih dari satu kali pertemuan. Sampel perbandingannya adalah 159 mahasiswa non kesehatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Proportional Random Sampling. Kuesioner telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring. Uji statistic menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan perilaku seksual dan pengetahuan kesehatan  reproduksi dan seksual komprehensif pada mahasiswa kesehatan dan mahasiswa non kesehatan (p-value <0.001). Rata-rata skor pengetahuan lebih tinggi pada mahasiswa kesehatan sementara skor perilaku seksual lebih tinggi pada mahasiwa non kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Perlu penambahan kegiatan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual pada Unit Kreativitas Mahasiswa atau Lembaga yang sudah ada di perguruan tinggi guna memfasilitasi mahasiswa non kesehatan belajar tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual secara komprehensif.   Kata Kunci : Mahasiswa, perilaku seksual, kesehatan reproduksi,  dan pengetahuan seksual komprehensif.
