Innovative Transformation: How Innovative Leadership Drives the Growth of Creativity in the Startup Industry

This research explores the role of innovative leadership in encouraging creativity and innovation in the start-up industry. Innovative leadership is a crucial element that determines the success of start-ups in facing fast and competitive market dynamics. This study found that innovative leaders, with a long-term vision and the ability to inspire teams, are able to create an organizational culture that supports the exploration of new ideas and experimentation without fear of failure. Leadership that provides autonomy and freedom to team members has been proven to increase individual sense of responsibility and motivation, thereby encouraging employees to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, cross-functional collaboration and effective communication, facilitated by innovative leaders, enrich the quality of ideas generated and strengthen the sense of togetherness within the team. Trust between leaders and teams, built through integrity and support, creates a safe environment for team members to take risks and innovate. Investment in developing team skills through training has also been shown to expand capacity for innovation. Leaders who model innovation in daily actions inspire team members to follow in their footsteps, while rewards and recognition for innovative contributions increase motivation and morale. The ability to adapt quickly to environmental changes is also a hallmark of effective innovative leadership. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pemimpin inovatif, dengan visi jangka panjang dan kemampuan untuk menginspirasi tim, mampu menciptakan budaya organisasi yang mendukung eksplorasi ide-ide baru dan eksperimen tanpa rasa takut akan kegagalan. Kepemimpinan yang memberikan otonomi dan kebebasan kepada anggota tim terbukti meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab dan motivasi individu, sehingga mendorong karyawan untuk berpikir kreatif dan mengembangkan solusi inovatif.
