O presente trabalho visa abordar e elucidar de maneira mais prática e explicativa conceitos abordados nas perspectivas teóricas que fazem parte do debate acerca da implementação de uma educação bilíngue com o objetivo de formatação do assim chamado sujeito bilíngue. Foram analisados e desdobrados os conceitos de heteroglossia e monoglossia, aplicados à abordagem de educação bilíngue e seu papel dentro da metodologia. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Heteroglossia.
