Vertebrogen kökcük ağrı sindromunda fiziki amillərlə müalicənin effektivliyi

Vertebrogen kökcük ağrıları olan xəstələrin kompleks müalicə və reabilitasiyasında interferension cərəyanla fəqərə sütununun dartıl ması üsulunun effektivliyi öyrənilmişdir. Tədqiqat yaşı 22dən 69dək olan 97 xəstə üzərində aparılmışdır. Xəstələr 3 qrupa bölün müşdür. I qrupa daxil olan 33 xəstəyə interferension cərəyanla müalicə, II qrupa daxil olan 32 xəstəyə fəqərə sütunun dartılması, III qrupa daxil olan xəstələrə isə eyni gündə kompleks şəkildə interferension cərəyan və fəqərə sütununun dartılması tədbiq edilmişdir. Müalicə kursu 1012 gün təşkil etmişdir. Xəstələr bir sıra klinik test və şkalaların köməyi ilə tədqiq edilmişlər. Müəyyən edilmişdir ki, təqdim olunan müalicə kompleksi xəstəliyin klinik gedişatına müsbət təsir göstərir, ağrı sindromunun intensivliyinin və mövcud hissi pozulmaların reqresssinə şərait yaradır və bu fonda həyat keyfiyyəti göstəricilərinin yaxşılaşması müşahidə olunur.
