Culture Night Stockholm, 9 April 2011, drew with visitors. A little over 60.000 wandered into the dark, which is a marked increase compared to the previous year. Our three Stockholm museums contributed greatly to setting a new record and could count in some 12,000 visitors. Saturday, April 9, Ethnographic invited a cultural night in voudou and the signs of horror with film, music and horror stories. East Asian arranged pocket-lamp walks among Japanese violence, a concert for Japan and worm making in the workshop and at the Mediterranean Museum one could walk on night walks until midnight among mummies and old cult sites in the company of nocturnal creatures associated with the museum’s collections.
