OBSTACLES TO DIGITAL AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT/ԹՎԱՅԻՆ ԳՅՈՒՂԱՏՆՏԵՍՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԶԱՐԳԱՑՄԱՆ ԽՈՉԸՆԴՈՏՆԵՐԸ

The article presents the essence and significance of the digital economy, in particular digital agriculture, the positive-negative sides, the developmentrelated limitations, the work done in the field of digital agriculture in the Republic of Armenia, etc. Studies show that especially in developing countries, active work should be done in the field of digital agriculture, where the majority of the population's income comes from agricultural activities, which provide the bulk of world food. As a result of the studies, clear proposals were presented for the development of digital agriculture in the Republic of Armenia./Հոդվածում ներկայացվել է թվային տնտեսության, մասնավորապես՝ թվային գյուղատնտեսության էությունն ու նշանակությունը, դրական և բացասական կողմերը, զարգացման հետ կապված սահմանափակումները, ՀՀ-ում թվային գյուղատնտեսության ուղղությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքները և այլն: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց
են տալիս, որ հատկապես զարգացող երկրներում ակտիվ աշխատանքներ պետք է տարվեն թվային գյուղատնտեսության ուղղությամբ, որտեղ բնակչության եկամուտների հիմնական մասն ստացվում է գյուղատնտեսական գործունեությունից, և որն էլ ապահովում է համաշխարհային պարենի հիմնական մասը: Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում ներկայացվել են հստակ առաջարկություններ ՀՀ-ում թվային գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ուղղությամբ:
