QIZILPOYCHA (HYPERICUM SCABRUM) VA QUSHTIRNOQ (CALENDULA OFFICINALIS) O’SIMLIGI TARKIBIDAGI FENOL BIRIKMALARINI O’RGANISH

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston hududida o‘suvchi oddiy Qizilpoycha (Hypericum scabrum) va dorivor Qushtirnoq (Calendula officinalis) o‘simliklarining ekstraktlaridagi fenol birikmalarining miqdoriy va sifatli tahlili natijalari taqdim etilgan. Tadqiqotda asosiy usul sifatida yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YuSSX) qo‘llanilib, biologik faol moddalar tarkibi va miqdori aniqlangan. YuSSX usuli yordamida o‘tkazilgan tahlillar Qizilpoycha va Qushtirnoq ekstraktlaridagi fenol birikmalarni aniq va ishonchli tarzda kvantifikatsiya qilish imkonini berdi. Ushbu metodning yuqori sezgirligi, ajratish samaradorligi va takrorlanish aniqligi fenol birikmalarni sifat jihatdan aniqlashda ishonchli va optimal ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Fenol birikmalarning kuchli antioksidant va yallig‘lanishga qarshi xususiyatlari tibbiyot va farmatsevtika sohasida ularning ahamiyatini oshiradi.
