In 1923, Malevich and his students, Nikolay Suyetin and Ilya Cashnik, made several geometrical designs for Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (formerly the Imperial Porcelain Factory). This teapot is a reissue of
Malevich’s original from 1923. Unfortunately, due to technical problems in casting, less than one-half dozen were made in Malevich’s original production run.
