Bust. Oval medallion adorned and almost hidden by palms to which are linked lighted axes and tubes of the Fame; on the medallion, the world, and above, linked with the ends of the palms, the threaded snake, symbol of time, and in half a star refulgent with the letter: “HESPERE, QVIS CAELO LVCET FELICIOR IGNIS?.” The medallion rests on a pedestal in which the coat of arms of the Count-Duke is seen with a tape in which it reads: “PHILIPPI IV. MVNIFICENTIA.” The pedestal stands on a great plinth in which two geniuses are seated: the one, the Egida and spear of Minerva, whose buho is seen next to it; the other, the skin of the lion of Nemea and the clava of Hercules. At the top of the stamp, on both sides, they lower the wide curtain that forms the background, great fruit ties. The Count-Duke wears armor, and on it the band that covers much of his chest.
