Viktor Hugo Wickström Fil.doktor, editor, Östersund. Born 29 May 1856 in Hedemora. Died 29 December 1907 in Östersund. The Reichstag 1905-1907. Subsequent information: Doctor Wickström became a student in Falun in 1877, fil.dr. In Lund year v1882, he devoted himself to the teaching trajectory and came to Östersund in the autumn of 1886 as a lecturer at a higher gen. The textbook, already in November of that year, W. editor took over the position in the magazine “Jämtlandsposten.” Ownership of this newspaper was obtained by W. 1888 when he bought it, along with printing and real estate, from its then owner J.Sahlin. Dr. W. was a very notorious man and issued from printed many travelogues. In addition, he was very well known as a white writer, in this capacity he was happy to use the signature “Christer Swahn” but also used the signatures “Dag Svenske,” Stefanus Erimitia, “” Moran Atha "with several. In the municipal life he participated diligently, he was a member of the city council and a member of the board of poverty and more. In 1905 he was elected a member of the second chamber of the parliament for the constituency Östersund-Hudiksvall.
