This study was conducted in Bao Quang commune, Long Khanh city, Dong Nai province, with the aim of finding solutions to reduce chromium pollution. The author used the experimental method of growing plant black nightshade (Solanum nigrum L.) in pots with sterilised and unsterilised soil and the experiment was carried out in a greenhouse. By using the experimental method of growing black nightshade Solanum nigrum L. in pots in a greenhouse on two sterilised and unsterilised soil environments combined with Lysinibacillus sphaericusbacteria at 3 concentrations of 0.5, 1, and 2 g/10 kg of Cr-contaminated soil with a concentration of 263.8±7.98 mg/kg of dry soil, this study aims to check the effect of the aforementioned combination on the Cr treatment efficiency of black nightshade Solanum nigrum L. The results showed that in the soil contaminated with chromium 263.8±7.98 mg/kg of unsterilised dry soil, Solanum nigrum L. grew in height and biomass better than in the sterilised soil (p≤0.05). At three concentrations of Lysinibacillus sphaericus,0.5, 1, and 2 g/10 kg of soil, with a concentration of 1 g/10 kg of dry soil, Solanum nigrum L.exhibited the highest efficiency in terms of growth and absorption of chromium into stems, leaves, and roots compared to the control (up to 1.71 mg/kg). This result proved that Lysinibacillus sphaericus is highly feasible when fertilising Solanum nigrum L., to reduce chromium in contaminated soil at a low cost and friendly environment.

Title: Effects of bacteria Lysinibacillus sphaericus on growth and chromium absorption of Solanum nigrum L.
Description:
This study was conducted in Bao Quang commune, Long Khanh city, Dong Nai province, with the aim of finding solutions to reduce chromium pollution.
The author used the experimental method of growing plant black nightshade (Solanum nigrum L.
) in pots with sterilised and unsterilised soil and the experiment was carried out in a greenhouse.
By using the experimental method of growing black nightshade Solanum nigrum L.
in pots in a greenhouse on two sterilised and unsterilised soil environments combined with Lysinibacillus sphaericusbacteria at 3 concentrations of 0.
5, 1, and 2 g/10 kg of Cr-contaminated soil with a concentration of 263.
8±7.
98 mg/kg of dry soil, this study aims to check the effect of the aforementioned combination on the Cr treatment efficiency of black nightshade Solanum nigrum L.
The results showed that in the soil contaminated with chromium 263.
8±7.
98 mg/kg of unsterilised dry soil, Solanum nigrum L.
grew in height and biomass better than in the sterilised soil (p≤0.
05).
At three concentrations of Lysinibacillus sphaericus,0.
5, 1, and 2 g/10 kg of soil, with a concentration of 1 g/10 kg of dry soil, Solanum nigrum L.
exhibited the highest efficiency in terms of growth and absorption of chromium into stems, leaves, and roots compared to the control (up to 1.
71 mg/kg).
This result proved that Lysinibacillus sphaericus is highly feasible when fertilising Solanum nigrum L.
, to reduce chromium in contaminated soil at a low cost and friendly environment.
