Sikap Remaja Usia Pranikah dan Kesiapan Puskesmas Dalam Implementasi Program Pemeriksaan Skrining HIV Pranikah

The risk of HIV transmission can be prevented by early HIV detection, both transmission to prospective married couples or transmission from parents to their prospective children. Obligatory premarital HIV testing is one effective effort to protect families from HIV infection. In Surabaya, socialization of pre-marital HIV testing has been carried out to prospective brides when injecting TT immunization, but this has not been fully responded well by the community. The aim of research to identify attitudes adolescent premarital age and health centers readiness te rkait program when premarital HIV screening test. This research is a descriptive study with a mix method conducted in wi the work area of ​​the Wonokromo Community Health Center. Research variables on pre-marital adolescent age as measured by questionnaires and health center readiness obtained through in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The study sample was 72 premarital adolescents and 1 MCH coordinating midwife at the puskesmas. The results showed that premarital adolescents mostly did not support the implementation of premarital HIV screening programs and thought that examinations were not necessary because they felt they were not at risk of HIV. Based on the results of research on the readiness of health centers, the aspects of the disposition of implementers, communication, availability of resources and infrastructure facilities of the health center are ready, but for understanding the target is still lacking.The existence of socialization to premarital age adolescents and policies to require HIV screening programs need to increase support from all sectors to this program .
