ELIXIR Galaxy Working Group

Galaxy is widely used in the ELIXIR community. ELIXIR Galaxy Working Group assessed what the needs of its members are and how this can be incorporated in ELIXIR’s technical strategy. Galaxy is mainly used through local instances to enable biologists to perform data intensive massive parallel sequencing analyses. Resources for setup and maintenance of the Galaxy instance are often limited.
Several ELIXIR nodes are active in the Galaxy community, hereby a non-exhaustive list highlighting some services & activities is presented.
