Abstract This is the summary of all the chapter in this book. The chapter review and explores the history, prevalence, and cultural aspects of somatization disorders across different regions and highlights the impact of cultural beliefs, social norms, and gender roles on somatization expression, diagnosis, and treatment. It discusses the challenges in assessing and managing somatic symptoms and emphasizes the importance of culturally sensitive interventions. The need for further research and the integration of traditional healing practices and complementary medicine into healthcare systems are also discussed. The aims of the chapters discussed in this book are to promote a better understanding and management of somatization disorders worldwide.
